The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting both field and office operations in a fast-paced construction environment. This role works closely with the Project
Superintendent, Project Managers, field crews, subcontractors, clients, and general contractors to help ensure projects remain on schedule, compliant with quality standards, and properly documented.
Candidates should have strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms. Experience in construction, fabrication, project coordination, QA/QC processes, or construction management is preferred. The successful candidate must be capable of managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with project stakeholders, and supporting field operations through detailed tracking and reporting.

- Support the Project Superintendent with daily field coordination and reporting.
- Track manpower, installed quantities, and production progress.
- Document field constraints with descriptions, locations, photographs, and responsible parties.
- Maintain production, constraint, inspection, and action-item logs.
- Escort client and general contractor QA/QC personnel during field walks.
- Document inspection comments, deficiencies, and punch-list items.
- Attend QA/QC meetings.
- Record meeting notes, assignments, responsible parties, and due dates.
- Track open action items and follow them through completion.
- Assist with daily reports, weekly reports, look-ahead schedules, and progress photographs.
- Maintain current drawings, field markups, RFIs, and supporting project documentation.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to walk active construction sites for extended periods of time.
- Ability to stand, climb stairs, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach as required to perform job duties.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to travel throughout construction sites, including uneven terrain and areas under construction.
- Ability to visually inspect work areas, construction activities, drawings, and project documentation.
- Ability to hear and communicate effectively in environments with elevated noise levels.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, computers, tablets, cameras, and mobile devices.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, reflective vests, and other site-specific safety equipment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS AND DISCLOSURE
This position requires regular work in active construction and industrial environments. The employees will be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions, including:
- High temperatures and heat exposure
- Cold temperatures
- Wind, dust, and other environmental elements
- Construction noise and vibration
- Elevated work areas and uneven walking surfaces
- Ongoing construction activities and moving equipment
This is a condition-sensitive position that requires employees to remain alert, attentive, and capable of exercising sound judgment while working in and around active construction operations. Employees must be able to safely perform their duties while complying with all company, client, and regulatory safety requirements.
Due to project demands, work schedules may occasionally require early-morning starts, overtime, weekend work, or extended hours.
HEAT EXPOSURE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Employees in this position may be required to work outdoors for prolonged periods in environments where temperatures may exceed normal comfort levels. Individuals must be physically capable of working safely in high-heat conditions while adhering to all company heat-illness prevention procedures, hydration requirements, rest and recovery practices, and safety protocols.
The ability to recognize and respond to signs of heat-related illness in themselves and others is an essential function of this position.
