About the Role
We take pride in maintaining our equipment and vehicles to the highest standards to support safe and efficient operations. We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Fleet Mechanic with an extensive automotive repair background to support our fleet and equipment needs. This role is ideal for a seasoned mechanic looking to add a second job and work independently during nights and/or weekends.
If you’re an experienced mechanic who enjoys working independently and wants flexible, evening or weekend hours without the pressure of a full-time shop environment, this role offers steady supplemental income and the opportunity to put your skills to use in a practical, no-nonsense setting.
This position requires someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with minimal supervision while delivering dependable, high-quality work.
Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, service, and repair automotive and light-duty equipment
Perform routine maintenance and preventative inspections
Identify mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs
Maintain accurate records of work performed
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Communicate findings, timelines, and follow-up needs clearly
Work independently with limited supervision
Required Qualifications
Extensive hands-on experience as an automotive mechanic
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
High level of honesty, integrity, and reliability
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working nights and/or weekends
