About the Role
The Plumbing & Drain Technician is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential and light commercial plumbing and drainage systems. This role blends hands-on technical work with customer interaction and problem-solving.
You’ll work independently and alongside team members to deliver high-quality service while representing Trenchless Today with professionalism at every job site.
What You’ll Do
Perform plumbing and drain service work, including:
Drain cleaning and clog removal
Sewer and drain diagnostics
Minor plumbing repairs and replacements
Use professional-grade tools and equipment safely and effectively
Document job details, findings, and recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
Follow company safety standards and service protocols
Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, and customers
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plumbing or Drain Technician
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Customer-focused mindset with clear communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable working in residential environments and confined spaces
Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience with trenchless technology and pipe rehabilitation methods
Plumbing license or certifications
Experience with camera inspections or trenchless-related services
Sales or service recommendation experience
Knowledge of Florida plumbing codes
