About the Role

The Plumbing & Drain Technician is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential and light commercial plumbing and drainage systems. This role blends hands-on technical work with customer interaction and problem-solving.

You’ll work independently and alongside team members to deliver high-quality service while representing Trenchless Today with professionalism at every job site.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform plumbing and drain service work, including:

    • Drain cleaning and clog removal

    • Sewer and drain diagnostics

    • Minor plumbing repairs and replacements

  • Use professional-grade tools and equipment safely and effectively

  • Document job details, findings, and recommendations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site

  • Follow company safety standards and service protocols

  • Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, and customers

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plumbing or Drain Technician

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

  • Customer-focused mindset with clear communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Comfortable working in residential environments and confined spaces

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Experience with trenchless technology and pipe rehabilitation methods 

  • Plumbing license or certifications

  • Experience with camera inspections or trenchless-related services

  • Sales or service recommendation experience

  • Knowledge of Florida plumbing codes
