Smile Avenue Family Dentistry is a growing family practice with offices in Cypress and Katy, backed by a central support office and our own in-house dental lab. When something falls short, we review it in our weekly team meeting as a system problem, not a person to blame. We run on EOS. Every seat has clear numbers, and we review them together as a team.
