At Impact Physical Therapy, you'll lead a clinic built on true 1:1, 60-minute sessions and 8 to 10 patients a day, guiding a team of up to 5 PTs (including student clinicians) who have the time to focus on quality care and work together toward shared clinic goals. No overbooked schedules, no rushing your team through visits.

We operate on a hybrid cash-pay model, treating a mix of cash-pay, Medicare, Worker's Comp, and auto injury patients.

Why Impact

  • Concierge-style care: Patients choose to invest in their health and expect a real relationship with their PT.
  • Clinic excellence, not clinic volume: Your team has the time to deliver strong outcomes and mentor student clinicians along the way.
  • Close to ownership: Real influence over your clinic, not just your schedule.
  • Valley-wide growth: New locations opening means your leadership grows with the company.
  • Lead by example: Maintain your own caseload alongside your team, not managing from the sidelines.
  • Real investment in your growth: Mentorship and leadership development aren't an afterthought here, they're built into the role from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and hold your team of PTs to a high standard of clinical care and patient experience.
  • Maintain your own clinical caseload, modeling the standard you expect from your team.
  • Own clinic performance: productivity, patient satisfaction, cancellation rates, and revenue mix.
  • Manage scheduling, PTO, and day-to-day clinic operations.
  • Lead recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for your clinic.
  • Build referral relationships with local physicians and represent Impact in the community.

What We're Looking For

  • DPT from an accredited program.
  • Arizona PT license in good standing (or in process).
  • Proven managerial or supervisory experience leading a clinical team.
  • Confident, clinically skilled, and an excellent communicator who can motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong grasp of clinic operations, budgeting, and performance metrics.

Mentorship & Professional Development

Leadership development doesn't stop once you're in the role. Every Clinic Manager gets structured, ongoing mentorship: dedicated time with leadership, hands-on team training, and real support as you grow into the role. It's a significant enough investment that it's reflected as its own line item in your total compensation, alongside salary and bonus.

  • $2,000 CEU stipend in Year 1, $1,500 per year after (additional funds may be approved as needed)
  • 50% discount on Impact Institute courses, plus teaching opportunities
  • Ongoing, structured mentorship and leadership support from Impact leadership

Benefits & Perks

  • 4 weeks paid time off (PTO, holidays & sick time) *PTO increases with tenure
  • Quarterly personal and team productivity bonus, up to $6,000/year in bonus potential at a full team of 5 PTs*
  • Health and dental insurance with 50% company contribution toward premiums
  • Telehealth benefit (50% company contribution)
  • Short-term disability and life insurance (100% company paid)
  • Workers' Compensation Insurance coverage
  • 401(k) with up to 3.5% company match (after 1 year)
  • Free Orangetheory corporate membership ($2,268 value)
  • Flexible scheduling and Personal Leave of Absence options
  • Additional elective benefits may be available

*Reflects the top productivity tier across a full team of 5 PTs; actual bonus amounts depend on staffing levels and quarterly performance.
