Tired of seeing 20+ patients a day? At Impact Physical Therapy, you’ll treat 8–10 patients in true 1:1, 60-minute sessions — cash-pay model, no double-booking, and the time to actually build the kind of patient relationships that get real results. That’s exactly why we built Impact differently, and it’s why our therapists stay.

Locations in Arizona: Paradise Valley - Scottsdale - Peoria

Impact has three locations across the Phoenix Valley. As we continue opening new clinics, this role comes with real opportunities for growth and leadership.

Why Impact

  • Concierge-style care — patients choose to invest in their health and expect a real relationship with their PT, not a rotation of staff
  • Time to do the work right — 60-minute 1:1 sessions mean you can actually listen, assess, and treat without cutting corners
  • Community-rooted practice — your patients know you, refer their friends and family, and come back because they trust you
  • Therapists stay because they want to — not because they’re stuck
  • Close to ownership — real influence over your environment, not just your schedule
  • Valley-wide growth — new locations opening means real paths to clinic leadership

From our team

“I’ve worked in other PT clinics and I know how they undervalue and overwork their therapists. Impact is different — a focus on quality care, real room to grow, and you’re close enough to ownership that you can actually influence your environment. I chose this place over higher-paying options, and five years and a promotion later, I’d make the same choice again.”

— Miki, DPT, Clinic Manager · 5 years at Impact
