Dental Implant Sales Coordinator/CRM Specialist
Location: In office, Remote, or Hybrid (U.S. Based)
Position Type: Full-Time (M-F, 40 hours/week)
Position Overview: As a Dental Implant Sales Coordinator, you’ll serve as the first and most important contact for new patients seeking dental implant treatment. Your role is to connect, educate, and convert inbound leads into scheduled consultations through effective phone conversations, CRM management, and empathetic sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle our inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails from patients interested in dental implant procedures.
 - Use our CRM system (GoHighLevel) to manage leads, track conversations, and follow up strategically.
 - Convert inquiries into booked consultations by building trust, answering questions, and explaining treatment options.
 - Follow a proven phone sales process to meet and exceed monthly conversion goals.
 - Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient transitions from consultation to treatment.
 - Work directly with our Marketing & Sales Director to track performance metrics and continuously refine sales approaches for better results. 
 
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in phone-based sales, consultative sales, or medical/dental treatment coordination.
 - Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
 - Proven ability to close sales over the phone in a high-volume, inbound lead environment.
 - Experience using CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
 - Motivated, coachable, and goal-driven with a passion for helping people.
 - Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus.
 - Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace required.
