Surgical Dental Assistant

Full-Arch Implant & IV Sedation Focus Advanced Clinical Environment | High-Level Surgical Cases

We are a premier, privately owned implant and full-mouth reconstruction practice seeking an experienced Surgical Dental Assistant with a refined clinical skillset and a minimum of 3 years of advanced surgical experience.

This position is designed for a true professional — someone who understands precision, discretion, elevated patient care, and the discipline required in complex surgical environments.

Our focus is advanced implant surgery, full-arch reconstruction, and life-changing transformations. We expect excellence, preparation, and composure in every case.

The Ideal Candidate

You are:

Experienced in IV sedation monitoring and surgical protocols

Confident assisting in full-arch (All-on-4 / All-on-X) procedures

Comfortable with full mouth extractions and immediate load conversions

Highly organized and meticulous in surgical preparation

Calm, composed, and efficient under pressure

Accountable, punctual, and professionally presented

A collaborative team member who anticipates needs before they are spoken

You take pride in your work and understand that surgical excellence is built on preparation, detail, and discipline.

Required Clinical Experience:

  • IV Sedation case assistance and monitoring
  • Full mouth extraction and grafting cases
  • All-on-4 / All-on-X full arch implant surgery
  • Hybrid prosthesis conversions and attachments
  • Overdentures and overdenture conversions
  • Single and multiple implant placement
  • Full arch scanning and digital workflows
  • Lab case tracking and coordination
  • Dentrix proficiency
  • Inventory oversight and surgical supply management
  • 3D printing experience is a plus.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for maintaining a highly organized surgical environment, preparing complex cases with precision, and ensuring seamless doctor support during advanced implant procedures.

You will operate as a trusted clinical partner — not simply a chair side assistant.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation reflective of advanced experience
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Monthly performance incentives
  • A growth-oriented, high-standard clinical environment
  • Long-term career opportunity within a respected private practice

This role is for a professional seeking more than a job — it is for someone who values mastery, stability, and clinical excellence.

If you meet the experience requirements and are seeking a practice that operates at a higher standard, we invite you to apply.
