FORJAK Industrial Culture

Built to last, owned by the crew. FORJAK Industrial was founded in 2001 in Circleville, Ohio, by Adam Logan—with a simple idea: build something that lasts, and make sure the people doing the work are the ones who share in it. Matt Palmisciano joined in 2015, and in 2022 we made it official. FORJAK became an employee-owned company through an ESOP. Today every member here owns a piece of what we build. We do three things, and we do them well: coat large exterior box stores, warehouses, and hangars; media-blast and coat steel for industrial and petroleum work; and handle service calls for some of the biggest retailers in the country. Big enough to travel to the job. Small enough that everybody knows your name when you get back.
