11:00 AM–7:30 PM | $24–$28/hr | Full Benefits | Career Growth
Trenchless Today is growing, and we're adding two Operations Coordinators to our team.
We're looking for organized, dependable people who are great communicators, comfortable with technology, and naturally good at keeping track of a lot of moving pieces.
If you've worked in dispatch, scheduling, construction, field service, logistics, project coordination, property management, a busy service office, or another fast-paced environment, your experience may translate very well to this position.
You do not need experience in trenchless construction. We'll teach you our industry and systems.
What we can't teach as easily is initiative, reliability, attention to detail, and the instinct to follow something through until it's handled.
Think of this role as the control center for our field operations.
Throughout the day, our technicians are traveling between projects, equipment is moving, schedules change, customers need updates, jobs progress, and unexpected situations come up.
Your job is to help keep everyone connected and the operation moving.
You'll communicate with customers, support field technicians, update schedules, track project information, solve problems, and make sure important details don't get missed.
This is a great opportunity for someone who likes being busy, enjoys solving problems, and gets satisfaction from making things run smoothly.
Checking the status of today's active projects
Communicating with technicians throughout the day
Updating customers on arrival times or project progress
Adjusting schedules when a project runs longer than expected
Making sure technicians have the information they need for their next project
Updating appointments, notes, project details, photos and documentation
Following up when required information is missing
Coordinating information between Operations, Sales and field teams
Helping solve scheduling or customer issues as they come up
Reviewing tomorrow's projects and making sure crews are prepared
Documenting anything the morning Operations team needs to know
Some days will go exactly according to plan.
Other days, three things will change at once.
We need someone who can handle both.
You're the person who:
Notices when something doesn't look right
Keeps a running list and actually finishes it
Follows up instead of assuming someone else handled it
Can communicate professionally with both customers and field technicians
Doesn't get overwhelmed when priorities change
Is comfortable asking questions and finding answers
Learns new software quickly
Takes pride in accurate work
Likes solving problems
Can respectfully remind people when something still needs to be completed
Understands that good communication prevents bigger problems
Wants a position where they can take on more responsibility over time
We'd especially like to meet candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
Dispatching
Scheduling
Field service
Construction administration
Project coordination
Logistics or transportation
HVAC, plumbing, electrical or other skilled trades
Property or facilities management
Medical or high-volume appointment scheduling
Customer service in a fast-paced environment
Office management
Service coordination
Administrative roles involving multiple schedules, deadlines or field employees
Don't have the exact title "Operations Coordinator" on your resume? That's okay.
If you've spent at least two years in a role where you had to coordinate people, schedules, customers, projects, appointments or constantly changing priorities, we'd still like to hear from you.
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Confidence using computers and learning new software
Good judgment and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage several priorities at the same time
Professional customer service skills
Dependable attendance
Ability to work independently while also being part of a team
Availability to consistently work 11:00 AM–7:30 PM
Experience with ServiceTitan, Google Workspace or field-service software is helpful, but not required.
We believe good Operations Coordinators are an important part of our company's success.
Our full-time employees receive:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Company-paid health insurance options
Dental and vision benefits
401(k) with company match
Paid Time Off
Paid holidays
Training and development
Modern software and technology
Opportunities for advancement as the company grows
We're not hiring someone just to answer phones or enter information.
We're building an Operations Department that can support a growing multi-location company.
Someone who performs well in this position can develop into greater responsibility in areas such as:
Operations Coordination → Senior/Lead Operations → Project Coordination → Operations Management
Growth isn't automatic—it comes with performance, reliability and increased responsibility—but we want people who are interested in building a career with us.
Trenchless Today specializes in innovative underground pipe rehabilitation and infrastructure solutions for residential, commercial, municipal and industrial customers.
Instead of automatically excavating and replacing damaged underground piping, our teams use specialized technology and equipment to restore piping with significantly less disruption.
Our Operations team is the connection between the customers we serve and the technicians completing that work in the field.
You prefer a job where every day follows the exact same routine.
Our projects are happening in the real world. Weather changes. Projects run long. Customers call. Technicians need information. Schedules change.
We have processes and systems to keep everything organized, but Operations requires someone who can think, communicate and adjust when circumstances change.
If that sounds stressful, this may not be the right fit.
If that sounds interesting, we'd like to meet you.
Trenchless Today is continuing to grow, and we're looking for people who want to grow with us.
If you're organized, dependable, comfortable taking responsibility and enjoy being the person who helps keep everything moving, apply today.
You don't need to know trenchless technology.
Bring us the organization, communication, reliability and initiative—we'll teach you the rest.
