We are looking for a motivated, professional Sales Consultant who can build trust, educate customers, and close projects that genuinely improve properties and infrastructure.
This is not a cold-calling position. We provide qualified leads, marketing support, and a proven sales process. Your job is to meet customers, inspect their situation, educate them on solutions, and help them make confident decisions.
What You'll Do
- Meet with residential and commercial customers at scheduled appointments
- Perform basic site inspections and review camera footage
- Identify customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions
- Present trenchless sewer rehabilitation options and pricing
- Build professional proposals and close sales
- Follow up on open estimates and opportunities
- Maintain detailed records within our CRM system
- Communicate clearly with customers throughout the sales process
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure successful project execution
- Represent the company professionally

Requirements
- Sales experience
- Construction, plumbing, utilities, restoration, HVAC, roofing, or home services experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, CRM systems, and mobile apps
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently
Compensation
- Compensation = Bi-Weekly Draw + Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Commission
