We’re looking for a Crew Lead who can lead from the front and hold a high standard of performance for our customers and our people.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
This isn’t a clipboard-only leadership role—you’ll be in it with your team.
Lead and execute installations from start to finish
Run the job site: plan the day, assign responsibilities, and keep projects on track
Monitor quality, performance, and safety throughout each project
Handle job documentation (logs, materials, safety reports) without letting things slip
Communicate with project managers and dispatch on progress and expectations
Set the tone, raise the standard!
What Makes You Stand Out
Experience in construction, utilities, or field-based work
Prior experience leading a crew or supervising a team
Strong leadership presence—you can direct, coach, and hold people accountable
Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools, equipment, and systems
Ability to stay organized and keep jobs moving under pressure
CDL is a plus!
