What You’ll Actually Be Doing
You’ll be out in the field with a small crew, working hands-on to repair underground pipes without digging up entire properties (yeah, it’s pretty cool).
Day-to-day looks like:
Setting up and breaking down job sites
Working with tools, equipment, and materials
Assisting with pipe cleaning, prep, and lining
Supporting trenchless pipe installations (CIPP)
Keeping the job site clean, safe, and efficient
You won’t be stuck doing the same thing every day — and you’ll learn real skills fast.
What the Work Environment Looks Like
Work takes place on residential, commercial, and municipal job sites
Primarily outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Travel is required depending on the project
Work may include confined spaces (manholes, underground access points)
Fast-paced, hands-on environment where every crew member matters
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need experience — but you do need:
A strong work ethic (this is hands-on, physical work)
Willingness to learn and take direction
Comfort working outdoors in different variable conditions
Ability to lift 70+ lbs
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Dependability — your team is counting on you
Ability to work out of town and overnights.
