Hi! I’m Dr. Floyd, and I can’t wait to meet you!

I’m a board-certified pediatric dentist and the proud owner of Pumpkin Pediatric Dentistry. I created Pumpkin Pediatric Dentistry to be a place where children feel safe, comfortable, and cared for and where our team can feel proud of the experience we provide to every family who walks through our doors.

A little about me outside of dentistry: I’m a wife and mom of two, so I understand firsthand how busy family life can be! I love traveling especially anywhere with a beautiful beach and, true to the name of our practice, I’m a big fan of all things pumpkin-flavored!

I care deeply about my patients, my practice, and the people who help make Pumpkin Pediatric Dentistry special. I value kindness, professionalism, communication, accountability, teamwork, and attention to detail.

I work hard and have high standards, but I also believe work should be a place where we can laugh, support one another, celebrate our wins, and enjoy what we do. Pediatric dentistry can be unpredictable, and teamwork makes all the difference!

You’ll quickly learn that I’m very hands-on and invested in the practice. If there’s something you don’t know, ask! I would much rather you ask a question than feel unsure. I appreciate team members who are willing to learn, take initiative, accept feedback, and look for ways to make our patients’ and teammates’ days a little easier.
