Agent in Training-Farmers Insurance (Protege Program)

The Protégé Agency Producer Program is a unique opportunity designed to provide you with the skills and business knowledge needed to become a Farmers agency owner. You will work within an existing agency, learning directly from industry professionals. 

Key Aspect of this position include:

Professional Development: Participate in the award-winning University of Farmers training program to enhance your skills.

Licensing Requirements: 

A Georgia Property and Casualty license is required prior to the program start date. Georgia Life and Health licenses are necessary for graduation.

Career Path: 

Successful graduates have the opportunity to waive new agent capital requirements and receive up to an $8,000 bonus upon full-time appointment as an agency owner.
