The Role (What You’ll Actually Do)
You’re not just “helping run the site”—you’re learning how to own it.
As an Assistant Site Leader, you will:
Lead shifts and set the tone for performance and energy
Train and coach team members to deliver a top-tier customer experience
Own site presentation, sparkle, and operational standards
Handle real-time problem solving (customers, team, operations)
Open/close the site and ensure it runs efficiently
Support sales and membership growth
Assist with local marketing and community partnerships
Step up when needed—leaders don’t wait to be asked
