Compensation is paid biweekly on Friday, the week following work performed (Sunday through Saturday). Time sheets must be recorded accurately in Jobber mobile app to monitor task times and to ensure timely direct deposit. DALCO Heating & Air Conditioning also offers $300 towards monthly coverage of custom selected health insurance and voluntary enrollment in a 401K plan with a 50% match up to 6% both after 90 days worked. New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day will be paid holidays if they fall on workdays. 40 hours a year of paid time off will start accruing immediately with a starting balance of 2 days. Also, 6 days a year of sick time will accrue.
DALCO Heating & Air Conditioning will provide a $400 per year tool allowance after 90 days worked and discretionary continuing education training on an ongoing basis.
