What You’ll Do?
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication (email, messaging, and calls)
- Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and event-related logistics
- Support planning for events, including venues, accommodations, and activities
- Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain accurate records, timelines, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal team members to keep projects on track
- Follow established workflows and systems to ensure consistency
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Basic proficiency with online tools (Google Workspace, email, scheduling tools)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in customer service, events, hospitality, or administrative support
- Familiarity with coordination, scheduling, or logistics
