Sales Leader

Salary Range:  $100000.00 - $120000.00 year

Primary Objective:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our custom sign company. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the signage industry (or similar B2B sales experience), and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role involves managing sales processes, mentoring sales staff, building strong customer relationships, and developing strategies to expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities across key sectors (retail, real estate, construction, municipalities, etc.).
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for sign products and services, including custom signage, vehicle wraps, digital signs, and installations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Create and manage sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform business development strategy.
  • Ensure all proposals, quotes, and contracts are prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and generate leads.
  • Hire, train, and develop new sales representatives as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the signage, printing, construction, or advertising industries.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of signage materials, fabrication, and installation is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
