We are hiring a motivated Entry-Level Brand Ambassador to join our nonprofit outreach team. This is a public-facing, event-based role where you will represent well-known nonprofit organizations at local events, community fundraisers, and public outreach campaigns.

In this role, you’ll help raise awareness for meaningful causes, inspire community involvement, and support nonprofits in creating real, lasting social impact. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and mentorship. All we ask is a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for making a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events, fundraisers, and public engagement campaigns

• Communicate nonprofit missions, values, and impact to community members

• Engage the public through friendly, professional, and approachable interactions

• Distribute informational materials and answer questions to encourage support, donations, and volunteer involvement

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics

• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and brand-aligned presence at all events

• Support team goals by helping achieve daily and weekly outreach and engagement targets

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with the public

• Passion for nonprofit work, community service, or social causes

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or volunteer work is a plus but not required
