Salary Range:  $19 - $24 hour

We’re seeking a full-time Entry-Level Recruiter to become part of our rapidly expanding team. This role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on recruiting experience, engage with candidates, and learn HR processes in a dynamic, high-energy workplace.

What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will play a vital role in building our team by supporting the full hiring process. You’ll interact with candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

  • Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Assist with onboarding tasks and new hire orientation

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings

  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts

  • Achieve weekly hiring goals and performance targets

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; relevant experience or strong transferable skills are also considered

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-focused

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, internships, or administrative roles is a plus
