As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will play a vital role in building our team by supporting the full hiring process. You’ll interact with candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assist with onboarding tasks and new hire orientation
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings
Support recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts
Achieve weekly hiring goals and performance targets
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; relevant experience or strong transferable skills are also considered
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-focused
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Previous experience in customer service, sales, internships, or administrative roles is a plus
