Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise roofing crews (5–10 team members)
• Plan projects using blueprints and job specifications
• Ensure safety, quality, and overall jobsite efficiency
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members
• Protect customer property and surrounding structures
• Communicate with customers throughout projects

Requirements

• Strong roofing experience and system knowledge
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Ability to travel (CA, CO, TX, NV)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
