$16–$26 per hour depending on experience
Performance-based advancement opportunities
Assist with roofing service repairs and maintenance
Support technicians with installations and jobsite tasks
Transport materials, tools, and equipment safely
Load and unload materials efficiently
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Travel to job locations as required
Represent the company professionally at all times
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or roofing
Valid Arizona driver’s license
CDL preferred (not required)
Willingness to travel as needed
Ability to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in Arizona conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
