Compensation & Benefits Overview

  • Pay: Weekly hourly pay at rate plus overtime at 1.5X and 2X.
  • Per diem & travel: Daily per diem on customer sites and paid travel home every third week as scheduling permits.
  • Vacation fund: Company contributions per local bargaining agreement; time off scheduled jointly; accumulated sum paid twice annually.
  • Benefits: 100% employer-funded healthcare, dental, and vision for employees and qualifying family members.
  • Retirement: Pension Fund and Deferred Compensation Fund contributions per local bargaining agreement.
  • Short-term disability: Coverage provided by bargaining unit agreement.
