Durahome Painting Plus is hiring an Estimator and Outside Sales Consultant in the Twin Cities. We've operated here for 13+ years and complete 300 to 600 exterior painting projects every year.
Pay
- Base salary: $40,000 to $60,000 per year
- Plus commission on every job you sell, with an accelerated structure that rewards consistency, follow-through, and the relationships you build over time.
What you can earn (salary plus commission)
- Consistent performers: $100K+
- Strong performers: $140K+
- Top performers: $180K+
The top end is reached by reps who pair our inbound flow with a network of their own.
What you'll do
- Meet homeowners, understand their project, and prepare the painting estimate
- Present the estimate and ask for the sale
- Follow up with every prospect until you get a yes or a no
- Build referrals and your own network alongside our inbound leads
