YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Durahome Painting Plus is a well-established exterior painting company with over 13 years of operations in the Twin Cities. We complete 300–600 projects per year and generate consistent inbound estimate requests from homeowners — meaning our Sales Consultants walk into pre-set appointments with qualified prospects, not cold leads.
We are looking for a high-performing closer who sells on value, builds trust quickly, and takes ownership of their results.

COMPENSATION AND STRUCTURE
This is a commission-only role with draw support provided during your first 90 days as your pipeline builds. The draw is repaid through early commissions and is intended as a bridge, not a subsidy.
Commission is tiered based on project profitability. You set your own pace — whether that means working three days per week or five depends entirely on your income goals. This is a performance-based role, not an hours-based one.
WHY DURAHOME PAINTING PLUS
THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Durahome Painting Plus | Golden Valley, MN | durahomepainting.com
A few things I changed beyond the grammar fixes: "Strong closers" became "Strong performers," earnings are written as dollar figures throughout, the draw explanation now actually makes sense in context, and the compensation section up top leads with the opportunity before getting into the structure details. Let me know what you'd like adjusted.
