EAS Roofing is seeking a Roofing Project Supervisor to oversee residential roofing and exterior projects throughout the Pittsburgh area. This position is responsible for managing job sites, coordinating installation crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the high-quality standards EAS Roofing is known for.
The Roofing Project Supervisor acts as the primary link between homeowners, roofing crews, suppliers, and the office team. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects while maintaining a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Project Supervision
• Manage residential roofing projects from pre-installation through final completion
• Oversee roofing crews and ensure projects stay on schedule • Perform on-site inspections during installation
• Ensure work meets EAS Roofing quality standards and manufacturer specifications
• Coordinate scheduling and address weather-related delays
Customer Communication
• Contact homeowners prior to project start to confirm scheduling and expectations
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the installation process
• Provide updates throughout the project
• Conduct final walkthroughs with homeowners after completion
• Address homeowner questions or concerns professionally
Materials & Scheduling
• Confirm materials are ordered correctly prior to installation
• Ensure deliveries include correct quantities and product variations
• Inspect materials upon arrival for accuracy and damage
• Coordinate adjustments if additional materials are required during installation
Crew Coordination
• Provide guidance and support to roofing crews on job sites
• Ensure crews follow safety procedures and OSHA standards
• Maintain jobsite organization, professionalism, and efficiency
• Assist with troubleshooting installation challenges in the field
Jobsite Management
• Conduct pre-installation jobsite inspections
• Ensure property protection measures are in place
• Monitor dumpster placement and equipment use
• Ensure proper cleanup and debris removal upon project completion
Documentation & Reporting
• Document project progress using photos and CRM updates
• Report job progress to management and office staff
• Identify and document change orders or additional work
• Track project milestones for billing and reporting
• 2+ years experience in roofing, construction, or project supervision
• Knowledge of residential roofing systems preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving ability in field environments
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable using smartphones and project management software
Salary Range:
$65,000 – $90,000 annually depending on experience

Work Environment
This is a field-based position managing roofing projects throughout the Pittsburgh area. The role involves jobsite supervision, homeowner communication, and coordination with office staff to ensure each project runs smoothly.
Occasional evening or weekend communication may be required depending on project schedules.
