EAS Roofing is looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead residential roofing and exterior projects from start to finish. This position plays a critical role in ensuring each project runs smoothly, meets our quality standards, and provides homeowners with an outstanding experience.
The Project Manager acts as the key connection between homeowners, installation crews, suppliers, and the office team. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to successfully manage multiple projects while maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
Customer Communication
• Contact homeowners before project start to confirm scheduling, expectations, and jobsite logistics
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the installation process
• Provide updates and answer homeowner questions during the project
• Conduct a final walkthrough with homeowners upon completion
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns
Project Management
• Oversee residential roofing and exterior projects from pre-installation through completion
• Coordinate schedules and manage installation timelines
• Perform on-site inspections during and after installation
• Ensure installations meet EAS Roofing standards and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate delays caused by weather or unforeseen circumstances
Materials & Logistics
• Confirm materials are ordered and delivered correctly before project start
• Ensure crews have proper materials including shingles, flashing, ventilation components, and accessories
• Inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage
• Manage material adjustments or shortages during projects
Crew Leadership
• Provide direction and oversight to roofing crews
• Ensure all crews follow OSHA safety standards and company policies
• Maintain jobsite professionalism and cleanliness
• Address installation challenges and field issues quickly
Jobsite Management
• Conduct pre-installation jobsite inspections
• Ensure property protection measures are implemented
• Monitor dumpster placement and equipment use
• Verify proper cleanup after project completion
Documentation & Reporting
• Document project progress using photos and notes in the company CRM
• Submit updates to management and office staff
• Track change orders and additional work requests
• Monitor project milestones for production tracking and billing
• 2+ years experience in roofing, construction, or project management
• Knowledge of residential roofing systems preferred
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset in field conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and project management software
Salary
$65,000 – $90,000 annually based on experience

This is a field-based role managing residential roofing projects throughout the Pittsburgh area. The position combines jobsite supervision, homeowner communication, and coordination with the office team. Some evening or weekend communication may occasionally be required depending on project schedules.
