Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise roofing crews on job sites

• Communicate daily with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal staff

• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards

• Handle job documentation, inspections, and scheduling

• Resolve issues or delays efficiently and professionally

• Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship

Qualifications

• Prior experience in project management (roofing or construction preferred)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
