Position Overview:This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting new people, and taking the lead. As the Community Event & Trade Show Lead, you’ll be responsible for organizing and running EAS Roofing’s booths at community events, expos, and trade shows. You’ll manage event setup, work with support staff, and be the friendly face of our brand—all while helping homeowners get access to trusted roofing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate our participation in local events, festivals, and trade shows

• Oversee booth setup, display materials, and logistics

• Lead a team of event staff and brand ambassadors

• Talk with event attendees, share who we are, and collect information for free home inspections

• Ensure a clean, professional, and high-energy presence at every event

• Keep basic records of event performance and leads gathered

• Work closely with marketing to make sure messaging is on-brand and effective

What You Need:

• A friendly, outgoing personality

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Motivation to take ownership of projects and solve problems on the fly

• Willingness to work weekends and some evenings

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift event materials and stand for extended periods

• No previous event or trade show experience required—we’ll train you!
