DiBiase Heating and Cooling is seeking an experienced and dependable Service Plumber to join our team. The Plumber will be responsible for performing plumbing installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs while providing exceptional customer service and IPC knowledge. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to completing every job safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly customer service and clearly explain plumbing issues and solutions.
• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Recommend repairs, upgrades, maintenance plans, and replacement options when appropriate.
• Communicate with Dispatch and the Plumbing Manager to stay on schedule and provide job updates.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked with tools and materials.
• Complete service records, job notes, invoices, and other required paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company with pride.
• Follow all safety procedures, plumbing codes, and company standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain required licenses and certifications.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3+ years of Plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial) 
• Journeyman or Master
• Strong knowledge of IPC codes
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools and other construction machinery
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues on-site
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites
• Familiarity with carpentry basics relevant to remodeling or integrated construction work
• Excellent basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimations
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass background check
