We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized HVAC Installation Manager to lead and oversee the installation of Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning systems on commercial and residential projects. Duties
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of HVAC system installations from project inception through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
- Manage site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of field technicians and subcontractors.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
- Oversee project scheduling and coordination efforts to align with customer's schedules.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the installation process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and efficient project execution.
- Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and progress updates to support project transparency.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership and management with a focus on Residential HVAC installation or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating processes.
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Suite. Service Titan software experience preferred.
- Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and construction site safety protocols.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams of technicians and subcontractors on large-scale projects.
