Job Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork)
- Follow proper installation and safety procedures
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
- Work as part of a team that supports each other
- Lead Installers: run jobs and mentor junior technicians
Qualifications
- Residential HVAC installation experience preferred
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
