A DAY IN THE LIFE

You are eager to learn. By asking questions, observing, and emulating our company values, you learn the tricks of the trade. You go out in the field with the best technicians in the area and aid them as they complete service or installations and start up heating, air conditioning, water heating, and water treatment equipment. You take every opportunity to learn as they mentor and train you on everything from how to talk with customers to how to properly install/service equipment. Being the hard worker that you are, you do whatever is asked of you and pay close attention to what you're being taught. You enjoy interacting with customers and fellow employees as you learn.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years experience in the mechanical or skilled trades industry.
• Must be positive, friendly, and have a good work ethic.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Be able to work with a computer, iPad and phone.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass both a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to attend required trainings and ability to work overtime as needed.
• Physically capable of completing job-related motions and tasks.
