What You’ll Do:

• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients and families
• Manage payment arrangements and insurance coordination
• Handle financial reporting and patient account follow-up
• Support patients in understanding their investment in their smile journey
• Collaborate closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth, top-notch experience for every patient

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in dental or orthodontic financial coordination (required)
• A friendly, professional communicator who can put patients at ease
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort with technology and practice management software — experience with Curve Practice Management is a plus!
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset — must love to have fun while getting things done!
