What We’re Looking For

We need a compassionate and caring Dental Hygienist who is passionate about disease prevention, oral hygiene education, and high-quality cleanings.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 2-3 years of dental hygiene experience (not required, but a plus!)Is comfortable talking with patients and educating them on oral health
• Is a team player with strong communication skillsCan multitask efficiently and adapt to a busy schedule
• Has exceptional perio knowledge and loves SRPs (we emphasize perio care!)
• Is familiar with Open Dental (not required, but helpful)
• Values high-quality, lasting dental care and takes pride in their work
• New grads welcome! We are happy to train the right person with a great attitude and emotional intelligence.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide 60 to 90-minute hygiene appointments between 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday, Thursday, or both days (flexible scheduling).
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and disease prevention.
• Perform dental charting, medical documentation, and patient assessments.
• Administer local anesthesia as needed.
• Follow OSHA and HIPAA guidelines, maintaining a sterile and safe environment.
• Work closely with the dental team to ensure the best possible patient care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
