What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions
• Perform restorative and preventive procedures
• Collaborate with hygienists and specialists on treatment plans
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
• Stay current with evolving dental techniques and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited program
• Active Minnesota dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and chairside manner
• Patient-first mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable with modern dental technology
• Growth-oriented and team-focused
