Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental conditions
• Performing restorative and preventive procedures
• Collaborating with hygienists and specialists to create effective treatment plans
• Educating patients about oral health, treatment options, and aftercare
• Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Staying current with the latest dental techniques and best practices

Requirements

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Minnesota dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A patient-first mindset with a commitment to quality care
• Comfortable with dental technology and eager to learn
