You’ll be in the field, representing major brands inside our retail partner locations, connecting with customers, and developing the leadership skills needed to manage your own team. What You’ll Do 

• Start on the ground floor — mastering sales and marketing strategies through direct, in-person customer interactions.
• Represent top national clients in industries like telecommunications and home improvement.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong brand connections.
• Participate in daily team meetings and workshops focused on sales techniques, leadership, and business development.
• Assist with promotional events and marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
• Support team recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts as you grow into leadership.
• Help create a positive, high-energy team environment where everyone thrives.
