You’ll be the final step between interest and activation, ensuring every client is connected quickly, accurately, and confidently.
What You’ll Do:
Meet with qualified business customers to finalize wireless service agreements
Present plan options clearly, handle objections, and close with confidence
Manage the complete activation process, including device setup and account provisioning
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all enrollment details are correct
Resolve last-minute customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff from lead generation to activation
