The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, organized, proactive, hard-working, and comfortable managing multiple high-value client relationships and projects at the same time.

  • Project manage larger client initiatives from planning through completion.
  • Coordinate internal departments and external client stakeholders to establish timelines, responsibilities, deliverables, approvals, and deadlines.
  • Maintain clear project plans, meeting notes, action items, owners, and next steps.
  • Proactively identify delays, risks, or roadblocks and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them.
  • Ensure commitments made to clients are properly communicated internally and completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation, dealership enrollment activity, project updates, opportunities, and next steps.
  • Travel approximately 6–8 times per year for client meetings, QBRs, strategic planning sessions, dealership meetings, and major client initiatives.
