Administrative Front Office

Salary Range:  $20.00 - $24.00 hour

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. If you’re enthusiastic, caring, and ready to be part of a team that values your contribution, we’d love to talk to you!

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients and ensuring they feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment they arrive
  • Checking patients in and out, verifying information, and keeping our schedule organized
  • Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and confirming upcoming visits
  • Discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients
  • Providing accurate treatment estimates and collecting payments
  • Maintaining exceptional communication and customer service with patients and team members
  • Helping keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of dental office experience preferred (but not required for the right person with strong customer service skills)
