Denture Lab Technician

Salary Range:  $20.00 - $30.00 hour

We’re seeking a Part-Time Denture Lab Technician to join our internal lab team. This role focuses on the waxing, processing, finishing, and polishing of hand-crafted dentures. The right candidate will take pride in producing work they’d be proud to autograph—maintaining high standards and attention to detail with every case.

As the lab grows, this role is expected to evolve into a full-time position.  

Key Responsibilities 
• Waxing and setup of full and partial dentures 
• Processing dentures using industry-standard techniques and materials 
• Finishing and polishing prosthetics to a high esthetic and functional standard 
• Maintaining lab cleanliness and organization 
• Following safety protocols and proper equipment use 
• Collaborating with team members and dental practices to ensure quality and efficiency 
• Taking ownership of your work—every denture is a reflection of your craftsmanship 

Qualifications 
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards 
• Ability to work independently after thorough training 
• Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn 
• Passion for hands-on work and creating products that change lives 
• Previous dental lab experience is a plus but not required—we will train the right person

Schedule: 
The schedule is flexible—choose any combination of two days between Tuesday through Thursday that works for you!    

Compensation: 
Competitive hourly rate - based on experience and skill level.  
Details will be discussed during the interview process.
