Dental administrative experience and confidence discussing recommended treatment, scheduling, and financial information.
Strong communication skills that help patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported.

Organization and dependability while managing appointments, patient information, and competing priorities.

Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming experience from their first phone call through checkout.
Build relationships by learning what matters to each patient and making every interaction personal.
Answer calls with warmth, confidence, and a helpful approach.
Discuss recommended treatment and next steps, partnering with the clinical team when patients need clinical guidance.
Coordinate appointments and help patients schedule outstanding care.
Explain estimated costs, insurance information, and available payment options.
Follow up with patients who need appointments or additional support.
Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with teammates.
Add thoughtful touches that make patients feel recognized and cared for.
