We are seeking a Patient Care & Marketing Coordinator to help launch and grow our new dental practice in Hoffman Estates.
This position combines traditional front office responsibilities with marketing and community outreach. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, outgoing, and excited about helping grow a new business.
You will be one of the first people our patients meet and will play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping introduce our practice to the community.
Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Verify insurance benefits
Assist patients with financial arrangements and payment options
Manage recall and reactivation efforts
Confirm appointments and maintain an organized schedule
Support daily office operations
Assist with social media content and online engagement
Help coordinate community events and sponsorships
Build relationships with local businesses and organizations
Support patient referral and retention programs
Assist with marketing campaigns and patient communications
Help grow awareness of our new practice within the community
Positive and professional attitude
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable talking with patients and building relationships
Self-motivated and dependable
Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and community involvement
Dental experience preferred but not required
Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or marketing is a plus
Patients feel welcomed and cared for from their first interaction
Strong patient retention and scheduling systems
Growth in new patient referrals and community awareness
Positive relationships with patients, businesses, and community partners
