North Creek Dental Care is seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to lead and optimize the practice's day-to-day operations and position it for continued success.
Position Overview: The Operations Executive will be responsible for the full operational management of the practice, working closely with ownership and clinical leadership to drive performance, enhance the patient experience, and build a high-functioning team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited forsomeone who thrives in a clinical environment and takes pride in running a well-organized, efficientpractice.
This is an on-site position based in Tinley Park, Illinois.
Key Responsibilities• Oversee all day-to-day operational functions of the practice, including scheduling, front office, billing, and collections.
• Partner with ownership and clinical leadership to set and achieve practice performance goals.
• Lead, develop, and manage administrative and support staff to build a cohesive, high-performing team.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and growth.
• Manage practice budgeting, expense oversight, and financial reporting in collaboration with ownership.
• Ensure an exceptional patient experience from first contact through treatment completion.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, OSHA standards, and HIPAA requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and identify opportunities to improve systems and technology.
Qualifications:
• 3 or more years of practice management or operations leadership experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of dental office workflows, including scheduling, treatment coordination, and revenue cycle.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar) preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
