Key Responsibilities: Deliver an exceptional, high-energy patient welcome experience

Own the schedule: optimize, confirm, and proactively solve conflicts

Maintain accurate, confidential patient records with precision

Handle phone calls with professionalism, clarity, and confidence

Partner with clinical and admin teams to keep the day running smoothly

Execute billing, insurance verification, and financial processes accurately

Drive patient reactivation and consistent follow-up

Guide patients into recommended treatments through strong communication

Remain highly coachable and open to meaningful feedback

Commit to continuous improvement, learning, and performance growth
