Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator

1959 S. Val Vista Dr., Ste. 118 Mesa, AZ 85204 • Customer Service • Education • Sales • Full-Time

Salary Range:  $20 - $30.00 hour

We are seeking a highly polished, detail-oriented Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our growing, high-performance dental team. This is not a traditional administrative role — this position sits at the intersection of patient experience, clinical excellence, and case acceptance. You will play a critical role in guiding patients through life-changing treatment, helping them understand their options with clarity and confidence, and ensuring a seamless path from consultation to completed care.

Our ideal candidate is experienced, proactive, and emotionally intelligent — someone who can communicate complex treatment with ease while delivering a concierge-level experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Serve as the primary liaison between doctor and patient for all treatment discussions

  • Present and explain both simple and complex treatment plans with clarity, confidence, and empathy

  • Translate clinical recommendations into a compelling and understandable patient experience

  • Verify insurance benefits and build accurate, detailed financial breakdowns

  • Coordinate and sequence treatment plans for optimal clinical and scheduling efficiency

  • Guide patients through financial options and remove barriers to starting treatment

  • Proactively follow up on unscheduled treatment and maintain a strong case acceptance pipeline

  • Monitor patient progress and ensure continuity of care throughout treatment

  • Educate patients on post-treatment expectations, medications, and next steps

  • Maintain strict compliance with all healthcare regulations and internal protocols

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a dental practice (implant or full-arch experience preferred)

  • Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment workflows

  • Experience with Dentrix (or similar PMS)

  • Proven ability to present treatment plans and convert to scheduled treatment

  • Exceptional communication skills — confident, clear, and patient-centered

  • High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and professionalism

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Who Thrives in This Role

This role is best suited for someone who:

  • Naturally builds trust and rapport with patients

  • Is confident discussing finances and guiding decisions

  • Takes pride in delivering a premium, white-glove experience

  • Understands the impact of dentistry on a patient’s confidence and quality of life

  • Wants to be part of a team focused on excellence, growth, and meaningful outcomes

Why Join Our Team

We are a privately owned, growth-focused practice delivering advanced, high-quality care in a modern environment.

Our team is built on:

  • Clinical excellence

  • Elevated patient experience

  • Strong culture and accountability

  • Continuous growth and opportunity

You won’t just be scheduling treatment — you’ll be helping patients change their lives through their smile.
