Treatment Coordinator | Patient Experience Specialist

We are a modern, patient-focused dental practice seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about helping patients understand their treatment, overcome financial concerns, and confidently move forward with their care.

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and enjoys being an essential part of a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

• Build trust and meaningful relationships with every patient.
• Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and compassion.
• Explain insurance benefits and financial options clearly.
• Coordinate financing and payment arrangements.
• Schedule treatment efficiently while maximizing doctor productivity.
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and maintain excellent case acceptance.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to provide an outstanding patient experience.
• Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and excited about their dental care.

The Ideal Candidate

You are:

• An experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator (3+ years preferred)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Exceptional at communication and active listening
• Comfortable discussing larger treatment plans and financial arrangements
• Knowledgeable in dental insurance and treatment sequencing
• Confident using practice management software (Dentrix experience is a plus)
• Positive, professional, and dependable
• Someone who genuinely cares about people and builds lasting patient relationships

• Competitive base pay: $29-35/hour, based on experience and performance

Hours for this position would be: Mon 8-5; Tuesday 8-5; Wednesday 8-4; Thursday 9:30-7; Friday 9-1
