What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Prepare accurate and timely estimates for metal roofing materials and accessories

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and care

• Maintain clear communication with fabrication, delivery, and sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment

• Enter and update customer data in QuickBooks and internal systems

• Keep thorough records of quotes, orders, and customer communication

• Assist with follow-ups, file organization, and internal order processing

• Build lasting relationships with customers through reliable communication and a solution-oriented mindset

What Success Looks Like (KPIs & Deliverables):

• Estimates delivered with urgency — often same-day and always within 24 hours

• 98%+ quote-to-order accuracy

• Organized, error-free documentation

• High customer satisfaction and return rate

• Effective collaboration with internal departments

What You Bring:

• Administrative or customer service experience

• Roofing or construction industry knowledge preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks

• Strong communication and phone skills with active listening and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced office

• Physically able to lift 20–30 lbs and assist in an office/warehouse hybrid environment

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Compensation & Hours:

• Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Occasional Saturday shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Competitive salary based on experience
